Helpful Tips

Here are some tips to help you keep track of and understand the information the Bursar's Office sends:

• Check your firstname.lastname.@utoledo.edu email account frequently.

• Carefully read everything from any University of Toledo office.

• Create a file for college  correspondence or notes regarding the student account.

• Write down the name of the person you talk with if you call or drop by to ask questions.  If you need to follow up, you'll know who to ask for again.

• It is the student's responsibility to be aware of deadlines and University policies, such as payment due dates.
